At Nidum Wellness in Scarborough, we value your time and the time of our practitioners. Each appointment is reserved especially for you, and last-minute changes make it difficult for us to accommodate other clients who may need care.

To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for everyone:

• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
• This policy applies to all services at Nidum Wellness.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy. It allows us to continue providing dedicated, holistic care to all of our clients.
