Shikha Vettamparambil
Physiotherapist

Hello, I’m Shikha!
I am a Registered Physiotherapist with over five years of clinical experience across Canada and India. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy at the Government Spine Institute, followed by a Master of Physiotherapy in Rehabilitation from the same institution. This strong academic foundation, combined with hands-on clinical practice, has shaped my commitment to helping individuals restore function and return to active, meaningful lives.
I have worked with a diverse range of clients across multiple healthcare settings, including multi-specialty hospitals, outpatient clinics, home care, and long-term care facilities. My clinical experience includes injury rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, postural correction, chronic pain management, stress-related conditions, and mobility restoration.
With a special interest in Orthopedic and Neurological Rehabilitation, I am trained in manual therapy, myofascial release, Mulligan therapy, and neurodynamics. I integrate these evidence-based techniques to create personalized treatment plans that are both effective and adaptable. My approach is rooted in active listening and close attention to your body’s responses, allowing treatments to be adjusted safely and thoughtfully throughout your recovery journey.
Fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Malayalam, I strive to create a respectful, comfortable, and inclusive therapeutic environment. My goal is to support your recovery with confidence and clarity, helping you return to an active and healthy lifestyle through a holistic approach that blends physiotherapy with practical lifestyle guidance.
