Long Zuo
Registered Acupuncturist

Hello, I’m Long!
My career path—much like Traditional Chinese Medicine itself—has been one of integration and balance. Before becoming an acupuncturist, I built a foundation in law and education, experiences that shaped my analytical thinking and deepened my ability to listen with care. They also taught me how to make complex health concepts clear and accessible. I believe that when you’re empowered with knowledge about your body and treatment, healing becomes a true partnership.
In my practice, I focus on two main areas: orthopedic acupuncture for pain management—using advanced methods such as Master Tung’s Acupuncture to address chronic pain in the shoulders, neck, back, and knees—and cosmetic facial rejuvenation acupuncture, a natural approach that supports healthy, radiant skin from within. My treatments often integrate acupuncture with cupping, gua sha, and Tui Na massage to create a holistic plan that relieves discomfort while nurturing overall balance and vitality.
As a lifelong learner, I continue to study under esteemed teachers such as William Sung, refining my skills in pain management and mobility enhancement to help clients experience lasting results and faster recovery.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, I strive to make every session a space where you feel heard, supported, and confident in your healing process. Whether you’re seeking relief from persistent pain, looking to rejuvenate your appearance naturally, or simply pursuing greater harmony within, I’m here to guide you with thoughtful, personalized care.
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find me exploring Toronto’s vibrant food scene—forever in search of the perfect bowl of noodles—or immersed in a good book, fascinated by the ways mind, body, and culture intertwine.
